Includes a small living room/dressing room, closet, bathroom and catering kitchen. It comes with tables and chairs, and an arbor. It also has an upstairs covered deck for a better view of the river and the small lakes next to the pavillion.

Ideal seating for out door weddings, corporate events, family or class reunions next to the scenic 11 Point River. Seating capacity up to 200 people depending on how you have the seating arranged.

If you want entertainment, there is a large stage in the same area.

Pricing: 

Friday and Saturday with tables and chairs for 65 people

$1500.00(tax included)

One day only, $850 on Saturday or $500 for all other days(tax included).
