eclipse 2024 Camping Rules

Reservation and Check-In:

Campsites must be reserved in advance, and the fee is $200 per 30x30ft space.

Check-in is scheduled for April 5th, starting at 2:00 pm.

Campsite Size and Occupancy:

Each campsite is 30x30ft; please set up tents and camping equipment within the designated area.

Maximum occupancy per campsite is limited to a reasonable number to ensure safety and comfort.

Primitive Camping:

Campsites are primitive with no water or electricity hookups.

Campers are encouraged to bring their own portable water containers and power sources.

Waste Management:

​Dispose of waste in designated bins; separate recycling and trash accordingly.

Quiet Hours:

Respect quiet hours from 11:30 pm to 6:00 am to ensure a peaceful camping experience for everyone.

No Fires:

Fires are strictly prohibited; no open flames or campfires are allowed.

Pets:

If pets are allowed, keep them on a leash and clean up after them.

Ensure pets do not disturb other campers or wildlife in the area.

Emergency Procedures:

Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and the location of emergency exits.

In case of any issues, contact the campsite management immediately.

Leave No Trace:

Practice "Leave No Trace" principles by cleaning up your campsite before departure.

No Refunds:

No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Check-Out:

Check-out is scheduled for April 9th, by 10:00 am. Please vacate the campsite by this time.

Failure to comply with campsite rules may result in eviction without refund.

Campsite management reserves the right to enforce additional rules as necessary for the safety and well-being of all campers.
